Customers are responsible for protecting their premises, internal networks, passwords, equipment, and connected devices
unless otherwise agreed in writing. - IP addresses, routing resources, DNS settings, and technical identifiers assigned by VTS are provided for use with VTS services and do not transfer ownership to the customer. VTS may change or reclaim these resources where required for
technical, security, regulatory, or operational reasons. - Fees, invoices, taxes, payment periods, installation charges, deposits, cancellation fees, and renewal terms are governed by the applicable quotation, order form, invoice, or service agreement. Late payment may result in suspension or
